Like Dissolve Like

Like humans who are only friends with like-minded people, so are things in nature. In the world of solvents, for example, the Like Dissolve Like rule applies — similar, dissolves in the same.

This simple principle makes it easy for us to design a suitable solvent for the substance we want to dissolve, dilute or extract.

Even though it’s simple, in the era of the fossil economy — everything is approached with materials from fossils. Though it is not necessarily the most suitable for the substance that is our object.

If we want to take the aroma or bioactive compounds from flowers or from fruits, for example, the molecular model is more or less like in the picture below. From the same picture and with the Like Dissolve Like principle — we know that the petroleum solvent is not the most suitable for this plant-base source, alcohol and water also cannot be optimal — then what kind of solvent is the most suitable?

That’s why we introduce a natural solvent that we call SolveX, completely from plants, and even its molecular structure has exactly the same group of aromas and valuable bioactive compounds from various plants/waste that abounds around us.

Things that seem small — just a solvent problem, but if we find the right ones — will open up a lot of potential for our agricultural products that can be processed, which so far have only been wasted.
